We're helping one of our clients, AvantStay, hire a Sales Development Representative.
“Transform the way people travel and vacation.”

The opening requires a native or fully fluent level of English.

Compensation: USD8 - 12/hour.

Location: Remote (for Mexico, Guatemala, Belice, Nicaragua, Honduras, Costa Rica, Panama, Colombia, Venezuela, Ecuador, El Salvador, Peru, Brasil, Bolivia, Chile, Paraguay, Uruguay, Argentina, Suriname, Guyana, Guyane Française, Jamaica, Haiti, Republica Dominicana, Puerto Rico, Aruba, Curaçao, Trinidad and Tobago, and Barbados residents).

Skills: Proficient in market intelligence, lead generation, and client engagement.

Responsibilities and more:
AvantStay is looking for motivated and coachable professionals with an interest in high-end Real Estate and Property Management to join our team as a Sales Development Representative. You’ll hone your sales skills and facilitate the most important aspect of our business – engaging with owners and investors, and helping to bring on new homes!
The SDR team is the first point of contact for our prospects, establishing and managing relationships with homeowners, portfolio managers, and real estate agents. You will be the first impression for the company and a key component behind AvantStay’s expansion.

What you’ll do:
● Speak with property owners, investors, and real estate agents to generate new business opportunities.
● Master each market through competitor research, networking, and monitoring new developments.
● Partner closely with our Sales team to focus on high-potential leads and build your understanding of target markets.
● Learn about the burgeoning world of Short Term Rentals, investment properties, and the financials behind them.
● Develop your sales skill-set and capabilities, and gain exposure to the many aspects of our business through engaging with cross-functional teams.
● Achieve or exceed monthly quotas of qualified opportunities.

What You’ll Bring:
● Previous experience with our current tech stack is a strong plus (Outreach, Orum, Salesforce).
